Dear Bill,
I know you didn't like today's visit to the Doctor. It was not nice to not get to eat for a couple of hours and to not get changed out of wet clothes in the waiting room. I know that the procedure does not feel good and it hurts down there, but this will get better. Dr Dong is a great doctor and performed the procedure without any hitches.
Your Mommy and I want what is best for you.
