New Year's Eve

Yesterday, I made a quick trip to downtown Seattle to Sound Sports for some running shoes. They were great, and suggested in-soles instead of new shoes. This afternoon, I went for my first run with them. It was only 22 minutes, but the pace was fairly up-beat and the sky was clear as the sun was going down. The in-soles seem to let me strike my heal better, which will hopefully help my joints.

Bill was better last night, he gave us a 3 to 4 hour span after some fussiness going to bed. Then it was one to one and a half hour spans till breakfast. We hit the grocery store and did a short walk around the neighborhood. At the grocery store, Bill was attentive and there, but not fussy which was a novelty.
Tonight, we have friends coming over for dinner, but no late night plans.
