Seattle had a beautiful blue-bird day today. Temperature read about 36 degrees this morning before we headed to the park but it was crystal clear with great views of the mountains.
Out near Coleman pool, it was neat to watch a gentleman putting on his waders, felt soled boots, and assembling his rod to go out and cast a fly into the Sound. The rod was like an excuse to stand out there, even if in the cold water.
Mom and Dad were a little tired from the typical "up 3 times" in the night. Overall, we're happy with that. But it does tire you out. If I'm tired, I know Mommy has to be completely tired.
The photo may seem kinda random, but it is from a hike Steph and I did back in the Spring. I've been thinking about how we can take Bill on that hike this Spring. It's a great place to get a full dose of sun away from those cloudy Seattle days.
Time to start studying for my QMETH final.
