Our son was born on November 20, 2007. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We went to the hospital last Monday to start inducement. It was a hard night for my wife. She didn't want a caesarean or any drugs. They started the inducement very slowly, she held up through a very tough night. By 10 am, she was ready for an epidural. Then a couple of hours later, the labor started. It took about 4 hours. 1 hour into the pushing, my mother-in-law arrived. It was great to have another family member there and special that she made it.
Steph worked really hard, and Bill was born at 5:12 pm. She was really tired. Amazingly though, she stayed awake to be with Bill and didn't just crash.

Of course, he's completely adorable.
