Yes, the weather is not acting at all like summer yet. The weather forecast yesterday had a snow level of 7,000 ft. A Snow level?
Since we moved to Seattle years ago, my favorite fruit has become Rainier Cherries. They are difficult to transport, bruise easily, and have a short season which makes them a particularly delicious and special snack. Before Seattle, I guess fresh peaches were my fav. We get peaches here, but late in the Summer and it is hard to find the good ones.
